SLS

Selective Laser Sintering technology (SLS) is extremely precise and accurate. Using SLS we can make fully functional prototype 3D models, based on CAD 3D files, within as little as several hours (depending on the dimensions of the prototype). Accuracy of complete prototypes remains within 0.1 mm. Prototypes made using this method have very good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance – up to 130 °C. The SLS technology perfectly suits small quantity production. In this approach we can render prototypes directly from 3D CAD files or even produce finished products made of polyamides or polystyrenes.

 

Complicated Structure

Application:

  • Finished 3D models made in single numbers or small series,
  • Prototypes of details and machine parts with particular application and high loads,
  • Prototypes with thin-walled sections.

  • High strength parameters of completed prototypes,

  • Very good representation of digital 3D model (tolerance of 0.1mm).
